My name is Martijn Zegers, independent Agile Coach and Project Manager of Innovative, High Quality product development.
As Scaled Agile Coach (SAFe 6 SPC) and Release Train Engineer (SAFe 6 RTE), I offer my skills to guide an Agile/DevOps transformation and/or Scale up an Agile organization to optimize efficiency, job satisfaction and customer appreciation. My preferred assignment is an international development organization that creates Innovative, state-of-the-art quality products.
For 25 years I worked in different product development roles, such as programmer, designer, team leader, system manager, scrum master, product owner and agile program manager. Frequent travel and several months living abroad have given me an advantage in understanding other cultures and getting the most out of the differences.
I have a proven trackrecord in successful delivery of complex high-end projects:
* Launch Agile Release Train in ICT and in hardware/software development environment (80-150 FTE)
* Product Development and Product Introduction of complex (java based) Software products
* Setup DevOps Program for Lifecycle Management for multiple customers and different products
* Agile Introduction with teams in NL, India, Hungary and Canada
* Lean Startup Introduction and Innovation Engagement
My education lies on the crossroad of leadership, technology and organisational psychology. Important personal values are honesty, empathy, sustainability and social responsibility. My strengths are communication, persistence, creativity, analysis, strategic thinking and a lot of common sense.
